Uusi kohteemme Aava valmistuu Iin Karhuun alkuvuodesta 2024. Tarjoamme upealla merenrantakohteella majoitus- ja kokouspalveluita kolmessa eri rakennuksessa.
Täällä järjestät unohtumattomia kokouksia, juhlia ja tyhy-päiviä. Majoitustilaa jopa 20:lle hengelle. Päärakennus suunniteltu esteettömäksi. Kaikki Iisland-elämyspalvelut ovat yhdistettävissä majoituksiin ja kokouksiin. Kysy kokoustarjousta jo keväälle ´24!

Kokous- ja majoitustilat:
- Päärakennus ja laadukkaat sivurakennukset
- Iso, muunneltava kokous/ruokailutila av-laitteineen
- Päärakennuksessa neljä makuuhuonetta, iso keittiö, sauna. Tilaa 160 neliötä. Lisäksi kaksi rakennusta, joissa yhteensä kaksi makuuhuonetta ja lisätilat, sauna. Jopa 20 vuodepaikkaa yhteensä.
- Wif-yhteydet, äänentoisto.
- Kaikista rakennuksista upeat merinäköalat.
- Kahdessa rakennuksista sauna: puusaunan löylyistä pääset pulahtamaan porealtaaseen
- Aluetta ympäröi Perämerelle tyypillinen rantaluonto, johon pääset tutustumaan kävellen
- Ulkoalueella mahdollisuus grillaamiseen ja nuotioon

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Christian hat reibungslos funktioniert, er war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat zügig geantwortet. In der Unterkunft war alles, was man im Alltag benötigt, vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. An unserem letzten Abend haben wir einen Ausflug mit Christian unternommen - eine Tour mit dem Schlitten über den zugefrorenen Fluss, mit Lagerfeuer, Kaffee, Schokolade und gegrillten Würstchen. Er hat uns eine Tour zur Rentierfarm organisiert, können wir ebenfalls nur empfehlen, sehr herzliche, liebe Menschen

Wir haben eine Woche bei Christian im Haus verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Umgebung im Winter ist traumhaft schön. Besonders hat gefallen die Ruhe, der finnische Schlitten und die typische Sauna.

We enjoyed a cosy winter week in the cottage. The cottage is as described on airbnb and well equipped for a winter stay. We loved the wood fired sauna and the fireplace in the teepee in the yard. There is a beach with a car park just a few minutes away. In winter the sea is frozen and you can walk on it and enjoy the northern lights or a beautiful sunset. The river behind the house is also frozen. There are many things to do around the house. Two supermarkets are only a few minutes away by car.

the cottage is as described on airbnb, we had a very beautiful stay and Christian was an amazing host. there’s a lot to do in and around the house and the location was simply stunning. we’d come back anytime😄

Christians Haus war traumhaft.Wer in Finnland ein kleines Häuschen, am See in der schönen Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Auch Polarlichter haben wir gesehen.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 🙂

Me and my family had very nice stay at Christian's place. We only spent 1 night there on our way to Rovaniemi, but I wish we would have one extra night as we were enjoying this place a lot. Place is peaceful and despite other houses being in close approximation, we didn't see anyone and felt like being alone in a private place.Outside area is big, and there are sauna, wood storage and fire place (kota) there. House has plenty of space, six of us, including 2 kids (4v and 7v) were easily fitting with some extra sleeping space still available. Communication with Christian was timely and instructions were clear. It was also easy to find the place.
