Four of these are located on a peaceful island accessible by car, just half an hour’s drive from Oulu, and the fifth is in the rural landscapes of Northern Ii. Uoma and Pauhu are open all year round, and Aava, Usva and Uitto, completed in spring 2024, will bring more options for families, groups of friends and business groups.

Our Cottages
Uoma – modern cottage accommodation in Ii
Peaceful surroundings, views of the Iijoki Estuary and space for up to 8 people. A wood-heated sauna and large terraces with a summer kitchen guarantee a comfortable break.
Pauhu – traditional log atmosphere
A rustic log house in a rural setting with space for 6 people. A wood-heated sauna and a large yard invite you to enjoy both birdsong and the northern lights.
Aava – spacious villa cottage for large groups
Aava offers 12 beds, a large living room, a sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi. An excellent choice for a large group or meetings. The glazed terrace is suitable for parties as well as yoga classes
Usva – atmospheric beach cottage with jacuzzi
Usva for 5 people who appreciate tradition with full comfort. The glassed-in porch offers unforgettable views and the outdoor hot tub steams under the starry sky.
Uitto – couples' dream
Uitto hides the old stories of the Iijoki rafting. The rustic cottage offers 4 beds, good equipment and a breathtaking sea view.

Nature: the magnificent, historic River Ii runs through the village and the estuary with its many branches is a hidden gem. Try the easily accessible Hiastinhaara nature trail. There you’ll find marine life everywhere. An excursion to the island of Röyttä in Ii, for example, is memorable. There are plenty of places to launch boats and also boats for hire.
